I grew up surrounded by nature, always had active life style and enjoyed doing various sports.
Lifestyle changes in the early adulthood and challenges along the way have contributed to not enjoying the life the way I used to. This is when I turned to yoga, and I have not looked back once!
Yoga has helped me to rebuild and improve my strength and flexibility, contributed greatly to my physical and mental wellbeing, thought me to appreciate the present moment.
The benefits that I have experienced through my personal yoga practice and the desire to learn more how yoga can benefit body, mind and spirit guided me to Sam Rao Yoga Teacher Training School - Trainer Plus accredited by Yoga Allaince Professionals (RYT 250, graduated in 2017).
This unique and beautiful experience has enriched my yoga practice and has given me the opportunity to pass on what I have learnt to others. It is a great privilege to share my knowledge every time I teach, and to see how students evolve during yoga practice.
Hatha yoga is my main teaching style, and I also enjoy attending other yoga teachers’ classes, workshops, and exploring various yoga styles such as Yin, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Iyengar, which further add to my technique.
EVERYBODY is very welcome in my class in which you will have a wonderful opportunity to experience the benefits of yoga for your physical and mental wellbeing. In a supportive and relaxing environment I offer clear verbal instructions, demonstrations and tailored adjustments.
